“Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe to assure the survival and the success of liberty.” John F. Kennedy
We define heroes as any person who selflessly chooses to serve the needs of an individual, community or organization while willingly putting themselves in danger of life and limb. Heroes are active, reserve, national guard, retired and veteran military, law enforcement, firefighters, doctors, nurses, EMTs, clergy and teachers. We feel that through this very special community of men and women, our nation is safe, secure and peaceful.
There is no such thing as a disabled hero and the HAND Alliance is determined to change the vocabulary and the perception. All of those who have sacrificed for our country and lived to talk about it, deserve to be “EN”abled in all areas of their lives. The level of maturity, wisdom, and humility gained from their experiences afford them the unique ability to inspire, empower and mentor others.
This is a title given to those who have given their TIME and RESOURCES into supporting our heroes community. These advocates take action and support our ambassadors across the nation.
A diplomat of the highest degree who has been accredited by the organization to represent it where they reside. They carry our mantle and inspire others to become part of the bigger vision to grow the alliance in every state.
These are men and women who are in their senior years, and who fought hard to keep the liberty and freedom so many take for granted today. Our hope is to capture their wisdom, information and experiences before it’s too late.
